Last Thursday I flew up to Virginia to close on the house. Eric had been there for about a week working. We loved the way the house turned out! We are so excited!! I took tons of pics, but I just put a few up here! VA here we come!!

After a great day at the zoo, Grammy, Papa, and Lily came back home and played and got ready for bed! Lily will play play play until her little eyes won't stay open anymore! She crawls everywhere and pulls up on everything!! She is fine as long is someone is sitting right there with her! Papa couldn't get over how "active" Lily was! Too cute! I know my parents had a blast with little missy... I know she had a blast too! Thanks again guys! Love you!
While I was in VA my mom and dad watched Lil for us! They had so much fun! It was a beautiful day in Jax on Saturday, so they took her to the zoo! They said she had a great time! She just loves being outside, and she loves looking at everything! One of her favorite parts of the zoo was the petting zoo! My dad said the goats tried to get away from her... she is so wild! She has no fear, so she went right up to all of the animals and wanted to get them! Thanks Grammy and Papa for taking me on my first trip to the zoo! It was so fun! Love you!
While Daddy has been in VA this past week Grammy came up to help Mommy and Lily! We have had such a great week!! My mom has been such a huge help!! She has done everything from entertaining Lily NONSTOP to cleaning to packing to anything I needed at all! We have had such a fun week! Of course we went out to lunch some and shopped a little too! So much fun!!! I love you Mom, and Lily LOVES her Grammy!! Thanks for everything you have done for us this week!! Love you!!!

Last Sunday we went to Katie and Stan's for a little Superbowl party! We had a great time! We missed Daddy though!! Lily had a great time with everyone! She loves our friends just about as much as we do! Thanks guys for a great night!!! Love you all!
I can't believe Lily is 8 months old! She is getting so big! Growing so fast!! She has the funniest personality, and we all just love it! We call her a Wild Child! She is crawling all over... she is very fast! She pulls herself up on anything she can get her hands on! She is getting very brave and tries to "walk" and just lets go! We have to lower her crib because just this week we went in and found her standing in her crib! She thinks she is such a big girl! She gets into everything! If she can't pull herself up, or if we don't let her... she has a little fit! And just as fast as she starts her fit, she finishes it... when she gets what she wants of course! She has just started to pull her bows and hats off her head... mommas worst nightmare... however she thinks it is quite funny, and laughs while doing it! She claps for everything, and makes the funniest faces! We think she has started to wave bye bye... she is starting to at least. She loves to eat! She is such a great eater! She still does not have one single tooth... so we are sticking to baby food for now... mommas too scared to give her puffs! She makes these cute little clicking noises with her mouth... so funny! She loves to play with all of her toys, and we moved her out of her infant seat car seat. She says mamamamama and dadadadada. She "talks" all of the time, and we just talk right back! She is starting to object when I walk out of the room, but then she is fine once she is distracted. When Daddy comes in the room her little face lights up with a big smile! She is BUSY!!! That is the best word to describe her energy... she never stops! She is such a sweetie and we are just so lucky to have her! We love you baby girl!!

We went out to eat with our best buds the other night before Eric left for Virginia. Katie and Stan and Brad and Michelle! To say we are gonna miss these people is an understatement! Katie and Stan were our first "married friends" here in Jacksonville! We have had THE BEST times with them! They are like family and we will miss them so much! Pretty much every weekend that we were in town, we have spent with them! They are true friends and we love them very much! Stan and Eric are 2 peas in a pod!! I don't know if that is a good thing or not... just kidding! There really are no words for how much we are gonna miss you! Eric grew up with Michelle, and I became very close with her when she moved to Jacksonville! We have had so many great times, and she is always there ready to do whatever I need her to do! So much fun, and such a great friend! LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!! Brad is her new fiance, and though we haven't known him very long, he is so great, and we are so happy for Michelle! Katie, Stan, and Michelle were there when Lily was born, and they all love her so much! She loves all of them too! We will miss you guys, and we love you to death!! I know we will see you... you have to come visit! So it is not goodbye............
